Use koinon

Start with the knowledge shared with you. Library organizes the organization's sources; Chat helps you ask questions and inspect the evidence behind an answer. Your permissions determine which content and actions are available.

For a complete sequence, choose a workflow by role: read and inspect an answer, import and maintain knowledge, administer an organization, operate its deployment or connect an application. Each sequence ends with the evidence to check, including failures and uncertain outcomes.

Find your way around

Chat opens after sign-in. Library is the second navigation item. Organization administrators open Settings and Activity from their avatar menu; those pages are unavailable to other roles. Your personal account and notification preferences remain in the avatar menu.

Chat projects group your private conversations and offer explicit conversation-memory choices. Library folders organize shared organizational knowledge and do not grant access to personal conversations.

The visual walkthrough follows the interface from sign-in through an answer and its sources. For your name, photo, language and personal API tokens, read your profile.

Work with the library

Use the Library guide to navigate workspaces, projects and folders, filter a listing and inspect a resource. Before an import, check supported files and formats. The versions and lineage guide explains recorded revisions and the source of a document or dataset value.

Ask a question and check the evidence

Read Agents and chat for conversations and answers. Open an answer's audit to understand its recorded sources and execution. Exports, sharing and sources covers what can be downloaded or shared and how recipient access is checked.

Configure or integrate the product

Organization administrators can follow Administration. Developers can start with Integrate; deployment and recovery belong in Operations.
